Short answer: You pay once, in Canadian dollars, by Interac e-Transfer for access to live channels and on-demand titles that you watch in a third-party player app. Nothing renews automatically. Use your login only on the number of devices you paid for, don’t share or resell it, and remember that you are responsible for what you watch. Refunds follow our 7-day refund policy.

Who are these terms between?

These terms are between you and ITLOGY LLC, which operates IPTV Rich at iptvrich.ca. “We” and “us” mean ITLOGY LLC. By placing an order, taking a free trial or using a login we send you, you agree to these terms, to our refund policy and to the way our privacy policy describes handling your information.

What does an IPTV Rich subscription include?

A subscription gives you a login for live TV channels and on-demand movies and shows, delivered over your internet connection. You watch them in a third-party player app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player or XCIPTV, or on a MAG box through its portal. We send the login details; we don’t make the apps.

IPTV Rich does not host content. The channels and titles come from third-party sources, and the lineup changes over time. Picture quality depends on the source and on your internet: 4K is available only where the channel itself broadcasts in 4K.

Some player apps charge their own fee or have their own terms. That is between you and the app maker.

Who can order?

  • You are the age of majority where you live (18 or 19, depending on your province or territory).
  • You can send an Interac e-Transfer from a Canadian bank account, since that is the only way we take payment.
  • The details you give us are true and your own.

How can you use your login?

Your plan sets how many streams can play at the same time: 1 device on the plan means 1 stream playing at a time. You can install the app on several devices, but only as many can play at once as your plan allows.

  • Use it for yourself and your household.
  • Don’t share your login beyond your plan, post it online, or sell or rent it.
  • Don’t resell access unless you have bought a reseller credit pack, and then only through your reseller account.
  • Keep your login private. If you think someone else has it, tell us in the chat.

If a login plays on more streams than its plan allows, or is shared or resold, we may suspend it.

How do prices and payment work?

Prices are in Canadian dollars and paid once by Interac e-Transfer. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you send, for example $77 for 12 months on 1 device. You send it from your own bank app to ITLOGY LLC, with your order number in the message so we can match it. Every plan and price is on our IPTV subscription page.

Nothing renews automatically. When your plan ends, it stops. To keep watching, place a new order and choose “Extend subscription”. We may change prices for future orders, but never for a plan you have already paid for.

When does my subscription start?

We activate your login once your e-Transfer has arrived and we have matched it to your order number. During desk hours (every day, 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern) that usually takes minutes. A payment that arrives overnight is activated in the morning. We send the login by email and in the live chat. If you chose “Extend subscription”, we add the time to your current login.

If you forgot the order number in the e-Transfer message, send it to us in the live chat with the sender’s name, and we will match the payment by hand.

How does the free trial work?

You can ask for a free 24-hour trial in the live chat. It is there so you can test the channels you care about, your app and your internet before you pay. No payment details are needed, and the trial ends on its own.

Trials are for testing, not for repeated free viewing. We may refuse a trial when the same phone number or device has already had one.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days, if the service doesn’t work for you and our support can’t fix it. Our refund policy has the details. Our order cancellation page covers orders you haven’t paid for yet, or paid for but that aren’t active.

What are you not allowed to do?

  • Re-stream, rebroadcast or record channels to share them, sell them or show them to a paying audience.
  • Share, sell or rent your login, or play more streams than you paid for.
  • Try to break into, overload, copy or interfere with our systems, the chat or the checkout.
  • Use bots, fake details or several phone numbers to get orders or free trials.
  • Pay from a bank account that isn’t yours or that you don’t have permission to use.
  • Abuse or threaten our support team.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your login. If we end it for a serious breach, such as reselling your login, we don’t refund the remaining time.

Is the service always available?

No service can promise that, and we don’t offer an uptime guarantee. Channels can drop out, a source can change, and maintenance or internet problems can interrupt streams. Channel lineups, on-demand titles, the TV guide (EPG) and catch-up change without notice, so a channel that is there today may not be there next month.

When something stops working, tell us in the chat and we will try to fix it. If it can’t be fixed within your first 7 days, the refund policy applies. If you need one specific channel to be there for certain, test it during the free trial before you pay.

Is IPTV legal in Canada, and who is responsible for what I watch?

IPTV as a technology is legal in Canada. Whether a given stream is legal depends on whether the channel owner licensed it. IPTV Rich does not host content. Viewers are responsible for what they watch where they live, and you agree to follow the laws that apply to you. Our legal disclaimer explains this in more detail.

What are we responsible for if something goes wrong?

In plain words: if something goes wrong with your plan, the most we owe you is the amount you paid for that plan.

We are not responsible for:

  • losses that come from not being able to watch something, like a missed game;
  • problems caused by your internet provider, your Wi-Fi, your device or a third-party app;
  • data overage charges from your internet provider;
  • what other websites linked from ours say or do.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory. If you live in Quebec, for example, the Consumer Protection Act still applies to you in full, and any term here that conflicts with it does not apply to you.

Can these terms change?

Yes. When we change them, we update this page and the date at the top. The terms in place when you paid apply to that plan; new terms apply to orders placed after the change.

How do I contact you?

Use the live chat, open every day from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern, or email help@supportiptv.ca. Messages sent at night are answered in the morning.
