Short answer: IPTV Rich does not host any content. We give you a login to streams from third-party sources, and you watch them in apps made by other companies. IPTV as a technology is legal in Canada; whether a given stream is legal depends on whether the channel owner licensed it. You are responsible for what you watch, and we are not affiliated with the channels, leagues or brands named here.

This disclaimer applies to iptvrich.ca and to the IPTV Rich service, operated by ITLOGY LLC. It works together with our terms and conditions.
Does IPTV Rich host the channels and movies?
No. We don’t store, upload or broadcast the channels, movies or shows you can watch with a subscription. What we provide is access: a login that lets a player app on your device connect to streams from third-party sources. The apps themselves, such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro, are made by other companies.
Who controls the streams?
Third-party sources do, not us. We don’t control what they carry, when they change it, the picture quality they send or how long a channel stays available. Channel lineups, the TV guide (EPG), catch-up and the on-demand library can change without notice.
That is why we offer a free 24-hour trial and a 7-day refund policy instead of promising that any one channel will always be there. If a single channel matters more to you than anything else, test it during the trial before you pay, or buy that channel’s official service instead.
Is IPTV legal in Canada?
IPTV as a technology is legal in Canada. Whether a given stream is legal depends on whether the channel owner licensed it. IPTV Rich does not host content. Viewers are responsible for what they watch where they live.
This page is general information, not legal advice. If you are unsure about a particular stream or use, ask a lawyer where you live.
Who is responsible for what you watch?
You are. Each viewer decides what to watch and is responsible for following the laws where they live, along with the terms of the apps and devices they use. Our terms also forbid re-streaming, recording channels to share or sell, and sharing or reselling a login.
Are you connected to the channels, leagues and brands named on this site?
No. We name channels such as CBC, CTV, TSN, Sportsnet, RDS and TVA Sports, leagues and events such as the NHL, NFL, CFL, Premier League and F1, apps such as TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro, and devices such as Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung and LG TVs so you know what we are talking about. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
All trademarks, logos, channel names and team names belong to their owners. Interac and Interac e-Transfer are trademarks of Interac Corp., named only to describe how you pay.
How accurate is the information on this site?
We write our pages and guides in good faith and check them, but things change: channel lineups, app menus, other companies’ prices and internet plans. Speed and data figures, such as 25 Mbps for a 4K stream, are general guidance, not a measurement of your home. The connection check on our site measures your own line at that moment only.
Prices for our own plans are the ones shown at checkout when you order; all of them are on our IPTV subscription page. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
What about links to other websites?
We link to useful sources such as government sites, app makers and device support pages. They open in a new tab. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own policies apply. Ours is in our privacy policy.
How do I report a mistake or a copyright concern?
For mistakes on the site, write to us in the live chat or at help@supportiptv.ca. If you own a copyright and believe it is being infringed, follow our copyright notice procedure so we have everything we need to act.
