How paying for an IPTV subscription by Interac works
At checkout you see an order number and four details with Copy buttons. Paste them into your bank app, send, and tap “I’ve sent the payment”. Your login arrives by email and in live chat once the transfer is matched, usually within minutes during desk hours.

Questions about IPTV Canada plans
Is the price per month or the total?
The total. A 12-month plan on one device is $77 CAD, sent once. There is no monthly charge after that.
Can I switch from 1 to 2 devices later?
Yes. Ask in live chat before your next renewal and we’ll move your login to the bigger plan; you pay the difference shown in chat.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your login stops working at the end date. Nothing is charged. To keep watching, choose “Extend subscription” at checkout and enter your username: your channels, favourites and settings stay the same.
Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?
No. IPTV Rich takes Interac e-Transfer only, from your own Canadian bank app, so we never handle card details and nothing can renew by itself.
Is there a refund if it doesn’t work?
Yes: if the service doesn’t work for you within 7 days and support can’t fix it, you get your money back. Details are in the refund policy.
What’s the difference between full and English-only packages?
The full package includes every country’s channels, including French and international ones. English-only gives a shorter, simpler list of English channels. The price is the same; choose at checkout.
