Short answer: IPTV Rich is an IPTV subscription for Canadian homes: 57,000+ live channels and 250,000+ movies and TV shows on 1 to 3 devices, from $17 CAD, paid once by Interac e-Transfer with no auto-renewal. You can try it free for 24 hours in live chat. The answers below cover prices, devices, internet speed, channels, refunds and the rules.

IPTV basics

What is IPTV?

IPTV is TV delivered over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line. You watch live channels in a player app on your TV, streaming stick, box or phone. Bell, Rogers and Telus use the same kind of technology for their own TV services.

What is IPTV Rich?

IPTV Rich is an IPTV subscription for Canadian homes: 57,000+ live channels and 250,000+ movies and TV shows, on 1, 2 or 3 devices at the same time. You pay once in Canadian dollars by Interac e-Transfer. The best IPTV Canada overview on our home page shows the plans, the channel index and a connection check.

Who runs IPTV Rich?

IPTV Rich is operated by ITLOGY LLC, the same name your Interac e-Transfer goes to. We don’t publish a street address; support runs online by live chat and email. More on who we are and how we work.

Do I need a satellite dish, a cable box or a contract?

No. You need home internet and a device that runs a player app, such as a Fire TV Stick, a smart TV or a phone. There’s no contract, no rented equipment and no technician visit.

Do I need a particular internet provider?

No. Any Canadian home internet that’s fast enough works, whether it comes from Bell, Rogers, Telus, Vidéotron, Cogeco, Eastlink or a smaller provider. Speed in the evening matters more than the brand. Rural lines on fixed wireless or Starlink can work too; see IPTV on rural internet in Canada.

Is IPTV Rich available in French?

Yes. Live chat support is in English and French, French-language channels are in the full package, and the whole site is available in French at IPTV Rich en français.

Who is IPTV Rich not a good fit for?

If you only watch Netflix, you don’t need an IPTV subscription. If your internet can’t hold about 5 Mbps per screen in the evening, fix that first. If you want one bill with your internet and zero setup, cable may suit you better; our IPTV vs cable comparison lays it out.

Prices and payment

How much does IPTV Rich cost?

On 1 device: $17 for 1 month, $27 for 3 months, $47 for 6 months and $77 for 12 months. On 2 devices: $28, $48, $88 and $128. On 3 devices: $38, $68, $118 and $178. Every price is on the IPTV subscription page.

Is the price per month or the total?

The total, paid once. Twelve months on one device is $77, sent once, which is $127 less than paying $17 twelve times ($204). There’s no monthly charge after that.

Do longer plans cost less?

Yes, compared with paying the one-month price again and again. On one device, 3 months is $27 instead of $51, 6 months is $47 instead of $102, and 12 months is $77 instead of $204. Start with one month if you’re unsure, and move to a longer plan once you know it works at your place.

How do I pay?

By Interac e-Transfer from your own bank app. Checkout shows four details with Copy buttons: recipient ITLOGY LLC, send to support@waitly.ca, the exact amount, and your order number for the message. Send it, then tap “I’ve sent the payment”.

Why don’t you take credit cards or PayPal?

So that you stay in control: nobody can charge you again without you sending another transfer, and we never handle card numbers. The trade-off is that you need a Canadian bank or credit union account to pay.

Are there taxes or fees on top of the price?

No. No tax line or fee is added at checkout, and we take no fee on the transfer. If your bank charges for e-Transfers, that’s between you and your bank; most Canadian chequing accounts include them.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

No. Interac e-Transfers can only be sent by you, so nothing renews by itself. When your plan ends, the login stops working and nothing is charged.

How do I extend my plan?

Order again and choose “Extend subscription” at checkout, then enter your current username. Your channels, favourites and app settings stay the same, so there’s nothing to set up again.

Can I switch from 1 device to 2 or 3?

Yes. Ask in live chat before your next renewal and we’ll move your login to the bigger plan. You pay the difference shown in chat.

Is IPTV cheaper than cable?

It depends on what you pay now. Twelve months on one device is $77 in total, so compare that with twelve months of your current TV bill. Type your current TV bill into the calculator on the home page, or read what cheap IPTV in Canada really costs for the honest math, including what you give up.

Devices and setup

Which devices does IPTV Rich work on?

Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV and Google TV, Samsung, LG and Hisense smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Formuler, BuzzTV and MAG boxes, and Windows or Mac computers. Each one has a step-by-step page in our IPTV setup guides.

Does it work on Apple TV and iPhone?

Yes. You install a player app from the App Store and type in your login. The Apple TV and iPhone setup guide covers both, step by step.

Can I watch on a computer?

Yes, on Windows or Mac, with a desktop player app. The Windows and Mac setup guide shows which one to use and where your login goes.

Does it work on Roku?

Not well. Roku has no good IPTV player app in its store. If you have a Roku TV, plug a Fire TV Stick into a spare HDMI port; our Firestick setup guide takes it from there.

Which app should I use?

IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player and XCIPTV all work, and MAG boxes use a portal. We suggest one app per device in each setup guide, based on what runs best there. If you’re unsure, tell us your device in chat and we’ll pick one with you.

How many TVs can watch at the same time?

As many as your plan’s devices: 1, 2 or 3 streams playing at once. Count the screens that watch at the same moment, not every device in the house. Our guide to running IPTV on several TVs in one home helps you choose.

Can I install the app on more devices than my plan allows?

Yes. You can install the app on as many devices as you like. Only the number of devices in your plan can play at the same time.

How long does setup take?

On most devices, installing the app and typing in your login takes a few minutes. Your login includes a username, a password and a server address, and the guide for your device shows exactly where each one goes.

Can I use a Formuler, BuzzTV or MAG box?

Yes. MAG boxes connect through a portal address, and Formuler and BuzzTV boxes run player apps. The IPTV box setup guide covers all three.

Do I need a VPN?

No, you don’t need one to use IPTV Rich. A VPN can help on some networks and slow things down on others, because it adds distance. If you’re curious, test with and without one during the trial; our article on whether a VPN helps or hurts IPTV in Canada explains how.

Internet and picture quality

What internet speed do I need?

About 3 Mbps per screen for SD, 5 Mbps for HD, 10 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Add the figure for every screen playing at the same time, then keep about 30% spare for the rest of the house. Test your line at speedtest.net in the evening, when it’s busiest.

Can my internet handle three screens at once?

Do the math with your own numbers. Three screens in Full HD need about 30 Mbps (3 × 10), plus about 30% spare, so roughly 39 Mbps. Three screens in 4K need about 75 Mbps, or close to 100 Mbps with the spare. Measure in the evening, since that’s when it counts.

How much data does IPTV use?

Roughly 0.7 GB per hour in SD, 1.5 to 2 GB in HD, 3 GB in Full HD and 7 to 10 GB in 4K. If your internet plan has a monthly data cap, a few hours of Full HD a day adds up fast, so check the cap before choosing 4K.

Is everything in 4K?

No. You get 4K only where the channel source broadcasts in 4K, mostly big sports events and some movies. Most channels are HD or Full HD. Read the internet speed you need for 4K IPTV before you plan on it.

Is Wi-Fi good enough, or do I need a cable?

Wi-Fi works in many homes, but an Ethernet cable is more stable, especially in condos where many routers share the air. Test the same channel both ways during the trial. Our guide to Wi-Fi vs Ethernet for IPTV shows how to measure the difference.

Why does IPTV buffer in the evening?

Because evenings are when the most people share the same parts of the internet: your home Wi-Fi, your neighbourhood line and the links between networks. A test at noon and another at 9 p.m. usually shows where the slowdown is. See why IPTV slows down in the evening on Bell and Rogers.

A channel keeps freezing. What should I try first?

Check whether other channels freeze too, then restart the app and the device, and try a wired connection if you can. If it continues, tell us in chat which device, app, channel and time, and we’ll look at it with you. The IPTV buffering fix guide lists the fixes in the order to try them.

Sports and channels

Which Canadian channels are included?

CBC, CTV, Global, Citytv, CP24, CHCH, CBC News Network and CTV News Channel, plus TSN 1 to 5 and the Sportsnet feeds (Ontario, East, West, Pacific, One and 360). French channels include RDS, RDS 2, TVA Sports, TVA, Noovo, ICI Radio-Canada Télé, Télé-Québec, LCN and RDI. The IPTV Canada channel guide explains them by family.

Can I watch my local NHL team’s regional games?

Every TSN and Sportsnet regional feed is its own channel in the guide, so you can open the one that carries your team. Whether a given regional game plays on a feed depends on that feed’s source, so watch your team’s next regional game during the free trial before you buy.

Where is Saturday night hockey now?

From 2026–27, Saturday NHL games are on Sportsnet as Saturday Night Hockey, and CBC no longer airs NHL games. TVA Sports carries the national games in French.

Can I watch the Blue Jays and the Raptors?

Blue Jays games air on Sportsnet, Sportsnet One and Sportsnet 360, and Raptors games are split between TSN and Sportsnet. Both channel families are in the guide. The channel guide lists where each league airs in Canada this season.

Are French-language channels included?

Yes, in the full package: RDS, RDS 2, TVA Sports, TVA, Noovo, ICI Radio-Canada Télé, Télé-Québec, LCN and RDI. They are not in the English-only package.

What’s the difference between the full and English-only packages?

The full package has every country’s channels, including French and international ones. English-only gives a shorter, simpler list of English channels. The price is the same; you choose at checkout.

Is there a TV guide and catch-up?

Yes. The TV guide (EPG) and catch-up work on supported channels, inside your player app. If the guide shows blank rows or wrong times, see how to fix an EPG that isn’t updating.

Are movies and series included?

Yes. Every plan includes 250,000+ movies and TV shows on demand, in the same app as the live channels.

Do you have a specific channel I’m looking for?

Ask before you buy. The full list of 57,000+ channels is in your app during the free trial, and the desk can answer “Do you have TSN 3?” in live chat. We don’t promise a channel we haven’t confirmed for you.

Free trial, refund and support

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 24 hours, requested in live chat. Sign in with your mobile number, tap “Free 24h trial” and your trial login arrives in the conversation. It’s one trial per person; see how the free trial works and what to test.

How fast do I get my login after paying?

Once your e-Transfer is matched to your order number, usually within minutes during desk hours. The login is sent by email and in live chat. A payment sent overnight is activated in the morning.

I paid but have no login yet. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first, then open live chat with your order number (it starts with IR-). If the transfer arrived without the order number in the message, we match it by name and amount.

Is there a refund if it doesn’t work?

Yes. If the service doesn’t work for you within 7 days and support can’t fix it, you get your money back. Tell us in chat first, since most problems are a setting or the Wi-Fi. The details are in the refund policy.

When is support open?

Every day from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern. Messages sent overnight are answered in the morning, and an automatic assistant may reply in the meantime.

Can I call or message you on WhatsApp?

No. There’s no phone line and no WhatsApp. Use live chat, or email help@supportiptv.ca for longer questions, reseller enquiries and refund requests.

Can I resell IPTV Rich?

Yes. Reseller credit packs are 120 credits for $350, 240 for $650 and 720 for $1,900, with a dashboard to create your customers’ lines. Ask in chat for the credit rate per plan; the IPTV reseller page has the details.
