Short answer: IPTV Rich is an IPTV subscription for Canadian homes, operated by ITLOGY LLC, the same name your Interac e-Transfer goes to. We sell plans for 1 to 3 devices and 1 to 12 months, paid once in Canadian dollars. There is no street address to visit: support happens online, by live chat every day from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern, and by email.

Who runs IPTV Rich?

IPTV Rich is a brand operated by ITLOGY LLC. When you pay, the Interac e-Transfer goes to ITLOGY LLC, so the name in your bank app matches the company behind the service. If you ever see a different name asking for your money under the IPTV Rich brand, stop and ask us in live chat first.

We don’t publish a street address, and there’s no storefront or office you can walk into. Everything happens online: orders on this website, help in live chat, and longer questions by email at help@supportiptv.ca. There is no phone line and no WhatsApp. The chat keeps your whole history in one conversation tied to your mobile number.

What we sell is simple: our Canadian IPTV service, with 57,000+ live channels and 250,000+ movies and TV shows, on 1, 2 or 3 devices at the same time. It runs in a player app on the TV, stick, box or phone you already own. Every plan and price is listed on the IPTV subscription page.

How does ordering work?

Ordering takes a few minutes and needs no account or card number. Here is the whole process:

  1. Pick a plan. Choose 1, 2 or 3 devices and 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Then choose a channel package: full channels (all countries) or English channels only.
  2. Enter your details. Your name, email and mobile number. You get an order number that starts with IR-.
  3. Send an Interac e-Transfer. From your own bank app: recipient ITLOGY LLC, sent to support@waitly.ca, the exact amount, and your order number in the message.
  4. Get your login. Once the transfer is matched to your order number, your login is sent by email and in live chat, usually within minutes during desk hours.

The price on the page is the total. Twelve months on one device is $77, sent once, which is $127 less than paying $17 twelve times ($204). No tax line or fee is added at checkout.

Why do we only take Interac e-Transfer?

Because you stay in control of the money. An Interac e-Transfer is sent by you, from your own Canadian bank or credit union app. We never see a card number, and nobody can charge you again without you sending another transfer. Everything is in CAD.

There is a trade-off, and you should know it. We don’t take credit cards or PayPal, so if you don’t bank in Canada, this isn’t the right service for you. Each transfer is matched to its order by our desk, so a payment sent at 2 a.m. is activated in the morning, not instantly.

How does support work, and when is someone there?

Support runs in live chat, which you open with your mobile number instead of a password. The desk is staffed every day from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern. Messages sent overnight are answered in the morning. An automatic assistant can reply outside staffed hours, so we don’t claim round-the-clock human support.

The chat handles free trials, orders, activations, setup help and fixes. Email suits longer questions, reseller enquiries and refund requests. For anything urgent, like a game starting in ten minutes, use the chat.

Our device setup guides show the exact menus for each device, and the IPTV Canada FAQ covers prices, internet speed and the rules.

Do you work in French?

Yes. Support is in English and French, in the same chat. The full channel package includes French-language channels such as RDS, RDS 2, TVA Sports, TVA, Noovo, ICI Radio-Canada Télé, Télé-Québec, LCN and RDI. The channel guide lists the Canadian channels by family. Vous préférez le français? Consultez notre site IPTV en français.

What don’t we do?

We leave these out on purpose, and you should know before you pay.

  • We don’t host content. IPTV as a technology is legal in Canada. Whether a given stream is legal depends on whether the channel owner licensed it. IPTV Rich does not host content, and viewers are responsible for what they watch where they live. Our page on whether IPTV is legal in Canada explains what the law looks at.
  • We don’t publish fake reviews. You won’t find testimonials, star ratings, customer counts or “years in business” on this site. We haven’t collected reviews yet, and we won’t write our own. The free trial is how you judge us.
  • We don’t auto-renew. Interac transfers can only be sent by you. When your plan ends, the login stops, nothing is charged, and you decide whether to extend.
  • We don’t promise 4K on everything. You get 4K only where the channel source broadcasts in 4K, mostly big sports events and some movies. Most channels are HD or Full HD. A 4K stream also needs about 25 Mbps per screen.
  • We don’t ask for card numbers or bank passwords. Not at checkout, not in chat, not by email. If someone asks, it isn’t us.
  • We don’t sell to everyone. If you only watch Netflix, you don’t need this. If your internet is under 10 Mbps, stick to HD on one screen. We’ll say so in chat if your setup won’t work well.

What can you hold us to?

  • Printed prices. The amount on the page is the amount you send, from $17 for one month on one device to $178 for 12 months on three.
  • A free 24-hour trial before you pay anything. See how the free trial works and what to test.
  • A 7-day money-back promise if the service doesn’t work for you and support can’t fix it. The details are in the refund policy.
  • Straight answers in chat, including “this won’t suit your home” when that’s the honest answer.
  • Only the details an order needs. Checkout asks for your name, email and mobile number, plus the plan and package you chose. What we do with them is in the privacy policy.

Who writes the guides on this site?

The IPTV Rich team writes them, starting from the questions that come up in live chat: why TSN 4 freezes at 9 p.m., where to type a login on a Samsung TV, how much internet three screens need. We stick to numbers we can back up, such as published bandwidth guidance, our own prices and broadcasters’ own announcements. When we can’t confirm something, we say so instead of guessing.

Spot a mistake or an out-of-date menu? Tell us in chat or by email and we’ll fix it.
