Short answer: If the service doesn’t work for you within 7 days of activation and our support can’t fix it, we refund the full amount you paid. Ask in the live chat or email help@supportiptv.ca with your order number. We send the refund by Interac e-Transfer back to the sender. Changing your mind after the 7 days is not covered.

This policy applies to every plan bought from IPTV Rich, the IPTV Canada service at iptvrich.ca, run by ITLOGY LLC. It sits alongside our terms and conditions.
When do I get my money back?
You get a full refund when all three of these are true:
- You ask within 7 days of activation, which is the day we send your login.
- The service doesn’t work for you. For example, the login won’t connect, the channels you bought it for won’t play, or streams keep freezing on a line that is fast enough (about 5 Mbps per HD stream, 25 Mbps for 4K).
- You have told our support what is wrong, given us a fair chance to fix it, and we couldn’t.
The refund is the full amount you sent, in Canadian dollars, even if you watched for a few days while we tried to fix the problem. Every plan price is listed on our IPTV subscription page.
Should I try the free trial before paying?
Yes, if you’re not sure. The free 24-hour trial in the live chat lets you test your device, your app and the channels you care about at no cost. If your internet slows down at night, test in the evening, when it matters. If the trial doesn’t work well on your setup, don’t buy yet: tell us what happened first.
How do I ask for a refund?
- Contact us within 7 days. Open the live chat with the phone number from your order, or email help@supportiptv.ca.
- Give your order number. It starts with IR- and is in your payment email. Add the name the e-Transfer was sent from.
- Tell us what is wrong. Name the device, the app and the channel, for example “Fire TV Stick 4K, TiviMate, TSN 4 freezes every minute”. A photo of any error message helps.
- Let us try a fix. We will suggest changes for your device, app or network.
- Get your refund. If we can’t fix it, we confirm the refund in writing, in the chat or by email, and close the login.
How and when is the refund sent?
We send refunds by Interac e-Transfer back to the person who paid, to the email address on your order unless you give us another email or mobile number linked to your bank. It is the same way you paid. We can’t send a refund to a card, by cheque or to someone else.
We send approved refunds during desk hours, every day from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern. How fast it lands after that depends on Interac and your bank. If you use Interac Autodeposit, the money goes straight into your account; otherwise you accept it from the email or text Interac sends you.
What is not covered?
- Requests after the 7 days, including changing your mind partway through a 3, 6 or 12-month plan.
- Problems caused by your own internet, Wi-Fi, device or app when the same setup worked fine during your free trial. We will still help you fix them.
- A short outage on one channel while the rest of the service works. Lineups change, as our terms explain.
- Logins closed for breaking the terms, such as sharing or reselling a login.
- Fees from your bank, or fees a third-party player app charges you.
Can reseller credits be refunded?
Reseller credit packs can be refunded only if none of the credits have been used, and only within 7 days of purchase. Once credits have been used to create or renew a customer’s line, the pack can’t be refunded.
What if I haven’t paid yet, or my login isn’t active?
That is a cancellation, not a refund. If you haven’t paid, just don’t send the e-Transfer. If you have paid but we haven’t activated your login yet, you get a full refund on request. Our order cancellation page explains both.
Does this policy limit my rights under consumer law?
No. This policy adds to the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory; it doesn’t replace them. How we handle the details you give us when you ask for a refund is covered in our privacy policy.
Questions people ask
Do you refund the rest of a 12-month plan if I stop using it?
Not after the first 7 days. Plans are paid once and don’t renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your login keeps working until its end date.
Can I get my refund on a credit card?
No. We never take card payments, so refunds go back the way you paid: by Interac e-Transfer to the sender.
Does the 7 days start when I pay or when I get my login?
It starts on the day we activate your plan and send your login, so time spent waiting for activation doesn’t count against you.
